Do you have group discounts?

How do I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check your gift card balance online here using the 14 digit card number found on the back of the gift card.

Where do I purchase tickets for Penn Cinema?
In addition to purchasing tickets at the theater box office, concession stand or ticketing kiosk, tickets can be purchased through www.penncinema.com and www.fandango.com.
Is Penn Cinema a Regal or AMC Theatre?
No. Penn Cinema is an independently owned and operated multiplex. Penn Cinema is not affiliated with any other theatre chains and does not accept competitor’s passes, coupons or gift cards.
Can I use a gift card to reserve tickets at www.penncinema.com?
Yes. Penn Cinema gift cards are accepted during the checkout process at www.penncinema.com. Penn Cinema gift cards cannot be used at www.fandango.com.
Can I use a pass to reserve tickets at www.penncinema.com?
No. Passes must be redeemed in person at Penn Cinema.
How old do I need to be to get into an R-rated movie?
No person under the age of 17 will be admitted to an R-rated movie without a responsible adult guardian or parent. You may be asked for ID when purchasing a ticket or when entering the auditorium.
Can I get a refund for my online ticket order?
In most cases, we are happy to refund or exchange your ticket order, however, the refund or exchange must occur prior to your movie showtime. Please contact the theater for a refund or exchange. The online service fee is non-refundable.

Where can I use my Penn Cinema gift card?
Penn Cinema gift cards and eGift cards can be use at any Penn Cinema location and at www.penncinema.com. If used at www.penncinema.com, the gift card must cover the full order total. If the total order exceeds the current balance of the gift card, your order will not process successfully.
Gift Card Terms
Gift cards may be applied toward any purchase made at any Penn Cinema location. Gift cards can not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. After 18 months of non-use, a $2.00 per month fee will be charged.
Is Penn Cinema wheelchair accessible?
All Penn Cinema locations are wheelchair accessible. Handicap seating is designated on all point of sale seating maps and in-theater with the familiar wheelchair symbol. Companion seating is also available immediately beside all handicap seats. Handicap and companion seats are reserved for those individuals with mobility disabilities and their companions unless all other seats in the auditorium have been filled.

Guests attending a Penn Cinema location in an assistant/companion role for one of our guests with disabilities may be passed in by management. Identification may be requested.
Does Penn Cinema offer accessibility technology for those with visual or hearing impairments?
Yes. Penn Cinema offers assistive listening, descriptive narration and closed captioning technology for most movies. An audio receiver and headset are available for guests with visual or hearing impairments. Programmed based on your specific need, the headset will provide an full audio track or descriptive narration. The standard 3.5mm audio jack allows you to provide their own headset if desired.

Additionally, closed captioning devices are available. These personal screens rest in the cup holder and are mounted on a flexible arm that allows you to adjust the screen to your preferred height. Captioning is available only during the feature. It is not currently available on advertisements or trailers.

All technologies may not be available for all titles. Please contact the box office for information on a specific title. Assistive technologies are currently not available in the IMAX theatre.
